I'm very excited about Body Gospel because I feel its going to help a lot of people get healthy. I believe we are spiritual people and whether we realize it or not our body's crave a relationship with God. I also believe we owe it to God to take care of our bodys after all the bible says our body is a temple. Body Gospel from Beachbody is Christian based. It helps you to use another weapon against the battle of the bulge. That weapon is praise and worship, prayer, and your realizing that we can do nothing without God.
